Experiencing a spiritual emergency can feel like standing at the edge of your mind, looking into an abyss of profound questions or altered realities. in 2006, my own spiritual emergency turned my reality Inside-out. For the first two years i suffered spiritual psychosis and I had no idea what was going on or who to reach out to.  It takes immense courage to face these overwhelming sensations and the confusion that comes with them.

It also includes cycles of psychological death and rebirth,This state, while challenging, is a doorway to significant personal and spiritual growth. 

Symptoms include:

• Cycles of psychological death and rebirth
• Depression and anxiety
• Profound sense of isolation
• Disassociation and disconnection from reality
  *Symptoms, while they can be difficult, are not necessarily bad things
